By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, you agree to the following policies:

1. General Admission & Conduct

This is a family-friendly event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others, vendors, volunteers, and staff. Alamo Lodge #44 reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

2. Third-Party Vendors

This event may include independent third-party vendors. Alamo Lodge #44 is not responsible for any products, services, or transactions made with vendors. All purchases are made at the attendee’s own discretion.

3. Food Safety & Allergies

Food is prepared and served in a large-scale outdoor environment. While reasonable precautions are taken, Alamo Lodge #44 cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination. Attendees assume all risks related to food consumption.

4. All-You-Can-Eat Policy

All-you-can-eat access is limited to ticket holders with proper wristbands and event-issued plates.

• Refills require wristband verification and plate exchange
• Must finish current serving before receiving a refill
• No sharing or take-home permitted
• Refills are subject to availability
• Refills will end prior to event closing

5. Crawfish Eating Challenge

Participation in the eating competition is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

• Contest is timed and structured
• Participants must follow all rules provided at the event
• Alamo Lodge #44 is not responsible for any health-related issues resulting from participation

6. Food Availability

All food and beverages are available while supplies last. Certain items, including all-you-can-eat servings, may be limited based on demand and availability.

7. Parking & Vehicle Responsibility

Parking is available on-site; however, attendees assume all risk for their vehicles and belongings. Alamo Lodge #44 and the venue are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.

8. Lost or Stolen Items

Alamo Lodge #44 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items. Any found items may be turned in to event staff, but recovery is not guaranteed.

9. Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by Alamo Lodge #44. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

10. Noise & Environment

Live music and event activity will be present. By attending, guests acknowledge and accept typical event-related noise levels.

11. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of cancellation by Alamo Lodge #44.

12. Event Changes

Alamo Lodge #44 reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, or offerings as necessary to ensure safety and event success.
