​​CRAWFISH EATING CHALLENGE
Rules & Information

Participation in the Crawfish Eating Challenge is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. By entering, contestants agree to the following rules and conditions:

Competition Format

• Up to 6 contestants will participate
• Challenge duration: 10 minutes
• Each contestant may receive up to 6 plates total

Each plate will include:
• Crawfish
• Shrimp
• Sausage
• Corn
• Egg

Rules

• Contestants must finish all food on their current plate before receiving the next plate
• Plates will be issued one at a time upon completion
• Contestants may drink water only during the competition
• No sharing, outside food, or assistance is allowed
• Food must be consumed in a clean and reasonable manner (no excessive waste or discarding)

Winning Criteria

Contestants may win in one of the following ways:

• First to finish all 6 plates within the time limit
• If no one finishes all plates:

  • Winners will be determined by the most plates fully consumed within 10 minutes

Losing Conditions

A contestant is considered out if they:

• Voluntarily withdraw (“tap out”)
• Are unable to continue
• Consume fewer plates than other contestants when time expires

• Don't follow rules, attempt to cheat, or perform a disqualifying act.

Judging & Verification

• All results will be monitored and verified by event staff
• Judges’ decisions are final

Prizes

Up to 3 winners will be awarded:

🥇 Gold (1st Place)
• $150 Gift Card
• Medal/Trophy
• Additional goodies

🥈 Silver (2nd Place)
• $100 Gift Card
• Medal/Trophy

🥉 Bronze (3rd Place)
• $50 Gift Card
• Medal/Trophy

Participants acknowledge the physical nature of this competition and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to choking, allergic reactions, or discomfort. Alamo Lodge #44 is not responsible for any health-related issues resulting from participation.
