Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including weather or personal circumstances.

• Tickets must be presented at check-in (digital or printed) and are required for entry.

• Each ticket is valid for one (1) person and one (1) seat.

Wristband Policy

• All attendees will receive a wristband upon check-in.

• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event and must remain intact.

• Tampered, torn, or removed wristbands will not be honored and may result in denied access without refund.

Children Policy

• Children 10 years old and under do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

• Children without a ticket are not guaranteed a seat and may be required to share seating.

Food & Vendor Disclaimer

• Food, drinks, and other items may be available for purchase from third-party vendors.

• Alamo Lodge #44 is not responsible for any food quality, preparation, allergens, or related issues.

• Alamo Lodge #44 is not liable for any transactions, disputes, or issues involving third-party vendors.

Liability Disclaimer

• Alamo Lodge #44 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending a public outdoor event, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Crowds

  • Noise levels

• By attending, you agree to hold harmless Alamo Lodge #44, its members, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities.

Weather Policy

• This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

Event Conduct

• Alamo Lodge #44 reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior without refund.

• Attendees must comply with all event staff instructions and safety guidelines.

Seating Policy

• Seating is first-come, first-served within the designated seating area, unless otherwise specified.

• Guests must remain within designated event areas.

Media Release

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

• Alamo Lodge #44 may use photos or videos from the event for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
